I'm bad in Sauna. I can't sit on the upper bench when all of the other guys are throwing more water on. I think the best is... Do you know this Turkish Sauna with steam? I like things like this. You can sit in there for a long time. So it's something like 60 or 70°C not 80 or 90°C. I'm not good in Sauna.
